Refund policy

At BASQ, every bottle is checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

 

RETURNS

 

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

 

Because our fragrances are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

 

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us at basq.virasat@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.

 

We recommend taking a short video while opening the parcel. It makes these claims much faster to settle.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

Email basq.virasat@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and arrange pickup where our courier partners operate. Where pickup is unavailable, we will share a return address.

 

Return shipping is free when the fault is ours. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we process the refund within 2 business days. The amount reaches you within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

 

Shipping charges, where paid, are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email basq.virasat@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return process above.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are happy to exchange an unopened product for another fragrance of equal value within 7 days of delivery. Any difference in price is payable or refundable as applicable.
